How long will my order take to arrive?

What if I receive a damaged product?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging. Our team will review the issue and assist you.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible and we'll check whether cancellation is possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

How should I care for my jewellery?

To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, makeup, water, sweat and household chemicals.

Store each piece separately in a dry place when not wearing it.

Will the jewellery look exactly like the pictures?

We make every effort to photograph our jewellery as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings and individual product variation.
